- Initial Design

- Material Sourcing and Selection
We use high-quality speaker components, with woofers and tweeters made of precision-wound copper voice coils and molded composite cones.
The enclosure is made of high-quality aluminum, and the accessories are made of first-hand materials, such as Class D amplifiers, Bluetooth modules, and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for the input/output ports, which are all sourced from high-quality suppliers. Each board is RoHS and CE compliant.

Our dust covers and surround pieces are bonded in a clean room to avoid contamination.
- Main assembly and mounting
Four woofers and two tweeters are mounted into the cabinet, while rubber gaskets ensure a watertight seal (IP65 rating) around each unit.
All internal wiring is organized with cable ties and protective sleeves.
- Quality Control and Testing
Each bar speaker undergoes a minimum maximum sound and function test, and is then also connected to an audio analyzer for frequency response and total harmonic distortion testing.
The product is also tested for temperature and vibration to ensure that it can comply with the conditions of outdoor use and to ensure the durability of the product.
